Warranty and quality

SPM Sport AS supplies products from recognised manufacturers with a focus on quality, function and safety. Any product warranty follows the manufacturer’s warranty terms, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

The warranty covers faults caused by defects in material or workmanship under normal use of the product.

The warranty does not cover

• normal wear and tear
• incorrect use or careless handling
• inadequate maintenance
• damage caused by accidents, weather conditions or external influences
• modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than the manufacturer or an approved service partner

If a fault occurs

If you believe a product has a fault covered by the warranty or by your right to complain, please contact us as soon as possible. To let us handle the matter quickly, we ask for:

• a description of the fault
• photographs where relevant
• the date of purchase or the order number

We will then assess the matter together with the manufacturer and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Statutory rights

The warranty is in addition to the rights the customer has under applicable law. If the product has a defect covered by the statutory right to complain, the matter will be handled according to the applicable rules.

At SPM Sport AS we want satisfied customers and long-term relationships. If questions or difficulties arise around a product, we will do our best to find a good and orderly solution.
